The Level 3 Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management provides students with a comprehensive introduction to the hospitality and tourism industry. This diploma covers fundamental topics such as customer service, hotel operations, travel and tourism principles, event management, and marketing strategies. Students will develop practical skills in areas such as guest relations, front office operations, tour planning, and event coordination. The 120 credit qualification has been created to develop and reward the hospitality and tourism managers of today and the future, and to continue to bring recognition and professionalism to the management sectors.Furthermore, we look to develop the team leaders, managers and leaders of the future through the creation and delivery of learning appropriate for industry.

The diploma will link to key development in areas of the hospitality and tourism sector. Contemporary issues are identified and evaluated so that the learner has a true vocational understanding on the industry as well as an academic perspective.

This qualifications is approved and regulated by government regulated body Ofqual (Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation) to ensure consistent course quality.

Equivalences
This qualification at Level 3 represent practical knowledge, skills, capabilities and competences that are assessed in academic terms as being equivalent to GCE AS/A Levels.

Qualification structure
The Level 3 Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management qualification consists of 4 mandatory units for a combined total of 120 credits.

Assessment

The evaluation process is conducted through the submission of assignments, and there are no written examinations involved.

6 Months : GBP £1250
9 Months: GBP £950

The fee is payable in monthly, quarterly, half yearly instalments.
