Overview

The BSc (Hon) Management Accounting degree course will equip you with the relevant skills to pursue management accounting positions within a sector of your choice. It explores the complex and challenging nature of the management accounting and business environment.

This Accounting programme provides the learners with key management accounting skills necessary to support decision-making, and also emphasise the acquisition and application of skills and knowledge necessary to inform managers responsible for planning, decision-making and control.

This course appeals to those already in middle management level roles but would like to progress to more senior roles. It can provide you with the skills to help you apply for roles such as:

Entry requirements

Learner must possess:
● Relevant NQF/QCF/RQF Level 3 Award/Diploma or at the level of GCE/GCSE or Secondary education/ high school or any equivalent qualification
or
● Work experience of 2 years or more in case you do not hold any formal qualification
and
● Learner must be 18 years or older at the beginning of the course

Assessment

The evaluation process is conducted through the submission of assignments, and there are no written examinations involved.

The programme is available in two duration modes:

18 Months: GBP £8700
24 Months: GBP £7700
This programme does not have any additional costs.
The fee is payable in monthly, quarterly, half yearly instalments.
You can avail 5% discount if you pay the full fee upfront in 1 instalment

Stage 2 Fee GBP £4900 is payable directly to the university

24 Months - GBP £7700

Stage 1 Fee GBP £2800
● Payment option (a) - GBP £280 x 10 monthly instalments
● Payment option (b) - GBP £933 x 3 quarterly instalments
● Payment option (c) - GBP £1400 x 2 half yearly instalments
● Payment option (d) - GBP £2660 x 1 instalment (We offer 5% bursary on total fee for students opting to pay in full)

Stage 2 Fee GBP £4900 is payable directly to the university

Accreditation

 Stage 1 (Delivered by LSIB):
The programme involves delivery through on-line Learning Management System (LMS). This stage leads to award of OTHM Level 5 Diploma in Business Management. The total credits earned will be 120 credits.

Stage 2 (Delivered by the University)
On completion of the diploma programme you progress / Top up with Degree through the University which recognises the OTHM Level 5 Diploma in Business Management for progression to the BSc (Hons) Management Accounting degree.
The stage 2 is delivered via distance learning by faculties from the University.
