• Setting up a Computerised Accounting System (Data entry, Chart of Accounts)
• Processing Sales and Purchase Transactions (Invoicing, Credit notes, Purchase Orders)
• Bank Reconciliation (Bank statements, managing bank accounts)
• Managing Debtors and Creditors (Accounts receivable, Accounts payable, Ageing reports)
• Computerised Payroll (Payroll processing, deductions, reports)
• Generating Financial Reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance)
• Introduction to Spreadsheets for Accounting (Data analysis, formulas)
• Data Security and Backup Procedures (Data protection, Disaster recovery)

Assessment

The evaluation process is conducted through the submission of assignments, and there are no written examinations involved.
