Project Planning: This unit focuses on creating a detailed project plan, including setting project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. It involves developing a project management plan, identifying and assessing risks, and creating a project schedule. •
Project Organization and Team Management: This unit explores the importance of effective team management, including team composition, roles and responsibilities, and communication strategies. It also covers project organization, including setting up project management structures and processes. •
Project Monitoring and Control: This unit is concerned with tracking and controlling project progress, including monitoring and reporting on project performance, identifying and addressing deviations from the plan, and taking corrective action. •
Project Risk Management: This unit focuses on identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact the project. It involves developing a risk management plan, identifying and assessing risks, and implementing risk mitigation strategies. •
