Human Resource Management: This unit focuses on the management of human resources, including recruitment, selection, training, and development, as well as employment law and equality and diversity. •
Marketing and Sales: This unit covers the principles of marketing, including market research, segmentation, targeting, and positioning, as well as sales techniques and strategies. •
Financial Management: This unit introduces students to the principles of financial management, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as financial analysis and decision-making. •
Strategic Management: This unit explores the strategic management process, including strategic planning, analysis, and implementation, as well as the application of strategic management models and techniques. •
