Project Scope, Schedule, and Budget: In this unit, students learn about the importance of scope, schedule, and budget in project management, including how to create and manage project charters, scope statements, and project schedules. •
Project Quality Management: This unit focuses on the importance of quality in project management, including quality planning, quality control, and quality assurance, as well as how to apply quality management techniques to achieve project goals. •
Project Resource Management: Students learn about the importance of resource management in project management, including how to plan, organize, and manage project resources, including teams, vendors, and stakeholders. •
Project Risk Management: In this unit, students learn about the importance of risk management in project management, including how to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, as well as how to develop risk management plans. •
