Safety Policy and Procedure Development: In this unit, learners will develop a comprehensive safety policy and procedures, including emergency response plans, incident reporting, and near-miss reporting. •
Health and Safety Law and Regulations: This unit provides an overview of the key health and safety laws and regulations, including the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, and the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002. •
Safety Management Systems (SMS): This unit introduces learners to the concept of Safety Management Systems, including the importance of setting objectives, monitoring and reviewing performance, and continuously improving the system. •
