Unit 2: Understanding Dementia - This unit focuses on the causes, symptoms, and effects of dementia, as well as the importance of person-centered care and support for individuals with dementia and their families. •
Unit 3: Mental Health and Wellbeing - This unit explores the importance of mental health and wellbeing, including the causes and effects of mental health issues, the role of health and social care professionals in supporting individuals with mental health needs, and the principles of the Mental Health Act 1983. •
Unit 4: Physical Health and Disability - This unit covers the causes, effects, and management of physical health issues, including disability, and the role of health and social care professionals in supporting individuals with physical health needs. •
