Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OHSMS) - This unit introduces students to the principles and practices of OHSMS, including the development, implementation, and maintenance of an effective OHSMS. •
Health and Safety Law and Regulations - This unit covers the key health and safety laws and regulations that apply to workplaces, including the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999. •
Workplace Health and Safety Risks and Hazards - This unit explores the types of workplace health and safety risks and hazards, including physical, psychological, and biological hazards, and the measures that can be taken to mitigate them. •
Occupational Health and Safety Audits and Inspections - This unit focuses on the principles and practices of conducting health and safety audits and inspections, including the use of checklists and risk assessments. •
