Understanding the Coaching and Mentoring Process: This unit introduces the fundamental principles of coaching and mentoring, including the coaching and mentoring models, coaching and mentoring roles, and the importance of a coaching and mentoring relationship. •
Building Effective Coaching Relationships: This unit focuses on the key elements of building effective coaching relationships, including establishing trust, creating a safe and supportive environment, and developing a coaching contract. •
Understanding the Client: This unit explores the importance of understanding the client's needs, goals, and motivations, including the role of the coach in facilitating the client's personal and professional development. •
Coaching and Mentoring Models: This unit introduces various coaching and mentoring models, including the GROW model, the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) model, and the Mentoring and Coaching Framework (MCF). •
Coaching and Mentoring Skills: This unit covers the essential skills required for effective coaching and mentoring, including active listening, questioning, and feedback. •
Developing a Coaching and Mentoring Plan: This unit guides learners in developing a coaching and mentoring plan, including setting goals, identifying outcomes, and creating an action plan. •
