Nutrition and Health: Understanding the Relationship Between Nutrition and Health, including the role of nutrition in maintaining overall health and well-being, and the impact of nutrition on disease prevention and management. •
Macronutrients: Exploring the functions and importance of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats in the diet, including their roles in energy production, growth, and maintenance of body functions. •
Micronutrients: Investigating the functions and importance of vitamins and minerals in the diet, including their roles in energy production, immune function, and maintaining healthy skin, hair, and eyes. •
Nutrition and Lifestyle: Examining the impact of lifestyle factors such as diet, physical activity, and stress on nutrition and health, including the role of nutrition in maintaining a healthy weight and reducing the risk of chronic diseases. •
