HS0003: Health and Safety Law and Regulations - This unit covers the key health and safety laws and regulations, including the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, and the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002. •
HS0004: Health and Safety Management Systems - This unit introduces the concept of health and safety management systems, including the development, implementation, and maintenance of such systems, and the role of the health and safety manager in ensuring their effectiveness. •
