Project Scope, Time, Cost, and Quality (STQC): This unit covers the four key components of project management, including scope, time, cost, and quality, and how they are managed throughout the project lifecycle. •
Project Scheduling: This unit focuses on the planning and control of project schedules, including the use of project scheduling techniques, such as Gantt charts and critical path method. •
Project Cost Management: This unit covers the planning, budgeting, and controlling of project costs, including the use of cost estimation techniques and cost control methods. •
Project Quality Management: This unit focuses on the planning, monitoring, and controlling of project quality, including the use of quality management techniques, such as total quality management. •
Project Risk Management: This unit covers the identification, analysis, and mitigation of project risks, including the use of risk management techniques, such as risk assessment and risk response. •
Project Communication Management: This unit focuses on the planning, coordination, and control of project communication, including the use of communication management techniques, such as stakeholder analysis and communication planning. •
