Unit 3: Health and Safety Law and Regulations - This unit covers the key health and safety laws and regulations that apply to occupational health and safety practice, including the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999. •
Unit 4: Workplace Safety and Hygiene - This unit explores the importance of maintaining a safe and healthy working environment, including the control of hazards, the use of personal protective equipment, and the implementation of good hygiene practices. •
