Unit 2: Health and Safety Law and Regulations - This unit covers the key health and safety laws and regulations, including the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, and the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002. •
Unit 3: Risk Assessment and Control - This unit focuses on the process of risk assessment and control, including identifying hazards, assessing risks, and implementing control measures to mitigate or eliminate risks. •
Unit 4: Health and Safety Management Systems - This unit explores the different types of health and safety management systems, including the Health and Safety Management System (HSMS) and the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS). •
