Project Cost Management: Estimating Costs, Cost Estimation Techniques, and Cost Control, including Cost Accounting and Budgeting •
Project Quality Management: Defining Quality Standards, Quality Planning, and Quality Control, including ISO 9001 and Six Sigma •
Project Resource Management: Resource Allocation, Resource Leveling, and Resource Costing, including Resource Planning and Scheduling •
Project Risk Management: Identifying Risks, Risk Assessment, and Risk Mitigation, including Risk Register and Risk Matrix •
