YL/D/4 4.1: Assess the needs of learners and develop training plans that are tailored to their requirements, using a range of assessment techniques and tools, to ensure that learners achieve the learning outcomes. •
YL/D/4 4.2: Use a range of teaching and learning strategies, including group work, discussions, and presentations, to engage learners and promote active participation, and to support the achievement of learning outcomes. •
