Logistics and Transportation Management: This unit covers the planning, coordination, and execution of the movement of goods, products, and resources from one place to another, including transportation modes, logistics services, and supply chain visibility. •
Procurement and Sourcing: This unit focuses on the processes and techniques used to acquire goods, services, and works from external suppliers, including procurement strategies, contract management, and supplier development. •
Inventory Management: This unit explores the principles and practices of managing inventory levels, including inventory classification, storage, and control, as well as the use of inventory management systems and techniques. •
Supply Chain Risk Management: This unit introduces students to the concepts and techniques used to identify, assess, and mitigate risks in supply chains, including risk identification, risk assessment, and risk mitigation strategies. •
