Unit 3: Health and Safety Law and Regulations - This unit covers the key health and safety laws and regulations that apply in the workplace, including the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999. •
Unit 4: Safety Procedures and Emergency Response - This unit teaches learners about the safety procedures and emergency response plans that should be in place in the workplace, including fire safety, first aid, and emergency evacuation procedures. •
