Procurement and Sourcing: This unit covers the principles and practices of procurement and sourcing, including the different types of procurement, such as direct and indirect procurement, and the role of procurement in supply chain management. It also covers the use of procurement strategies, such as just-in-time (JIT) and vendor-managed inventory (VMI). •
Inventory Management: This unit focuses on the planning, control, and optimization of inventory levels, including the different types of inventory, such as raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods. It also covers topics such as inventory classification, valuation, and control. •
