Work and Organizational Psychology - This unit examines the psychological factors that influence work behavior and performance, including topics such as motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational change. •
Human Resource Management - This unit covers the principles and practices of human resource management, including topics such as recruitment, selection, training, and development. •
Performance Management - This unit focuses on the assessment and improvement of employee performance, including topics such as goal setting, feedback, and performance appraisal. •
Organizational Development - This unit explores the processes and techniques used to improve organizational effectiveness, including topics such as change management, team building, and leadership development. •
