Project Time Management and Scheduling - This unit covers the planning, organization, and control of project time, including scheduling techniques, resource allocation, and risk management. •
Project Cost Management and Budgeting - This unit introduces students to the principles and practices of project cost management, including budgeting, cost estimation, and cost control. •
