International Trade Law: This unit explores the principles and rules governing international trade, including the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT), the World Trade Organization (WTO), and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits. •
Contract Law in International Business: This unit examines the principles and rules governing contract law in international business, including the formation, performance, and breach of contracts, as well as the role of arbitration and mediation in resolving disputes. •
International Human Rights Law: This unit explores the principles and rules governing international human rights law, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, and the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights. •
