Course Content

• Develop productive working relationships with colleagues in hospitality and tourism
• Maintain food safety when storing, preparing and serving food
• Provide customer service in hospitality and tourism
• Maintain a safe, hygienic and secure working environment
• Promote additional services or products to customers in a hospitality environment
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Prepare and clear areas for table service
• Maintain and deal with payments
• Maintain the availability of goods for sale to customers
• Maintain the cleanliness of food preparation areas

Assessment

The assessment is done via submission of assignment. There are no written exams.
