• Understand professional management and leadership in health and social care
• Lead person-centred practice
• Develop health and safety and risk management policies, procedures and practices in health and social care or children and young people's settings
• Develop professional supervision practice in health and social care or children and young people's settings
• Develop procedures and practice to respond to concerns and complaints
• Develop and evaluate operational plans for own area of responsibility
• Manage finance within own area of responsibility in health and social care or children and young people's settings
• Manage quality in health and social care or children and young people's settings
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to support the safeguarding of children and young people
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to support the safeguarding of vulnerable adults.

Assessment

The assessment is done via submission of assignment. There are no written exams.
