4. Unconscious Bias: Understanding the concept of unconscious bias and its impact on decision-making and behaviors. Learners explore techniques for recognizing and minimizing unconscious bias in the workplace.

5. Communication and Language: Exploring effective communication techniques to promote understanding and respect across diverse groups. Learners develop skills in communicating inclusively and avoiding discriminatory language.

6. Promoting Equality and Diversity in the Workplace: Learning how to promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace. Topics may include recruitment and selection practices, training and development programs, and creating inclusive policies and procedures.

Assessment

The evaluation process is conducted through the submission of assignments, and there are no written examinations involved.
